Digital Products

All products sold on WillaHooks are digital downloads (crochet pattern PDFs). No physical goods are shipped. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete and the download link has been delivered.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may generally have a right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply or is lost once:

  • You have expressly consented to immediate delivery, and
  • You acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal

By purchasing and downloading our digital products where such consent is requested at checkout, you agree that delivery begins immediately and your right of withdrawal is waived.

Defective Files

If you encounter a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download, incomplete pages, or a broken link — please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and send a replacement file or issue a refund if the issue is verified.

Refund Eligibility

A refund or other appropriate remedy may be provided where:

  • The product was not delivered properly
  • The file is defective or unusable
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection law

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Wrong Item Purchased

We recommend reviewing all pattern details, difficulty levels, and previews carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to process refunds due to accidental purchases or change of mind.
